BeekerSoft charges an hourly labor rate for all web design work. That rate is currently $65/hour, subject to change. This includes all labor required to design all of the necessary html, graphics, and supporting code for the web site. This is a one time cost. Except for certain code that we reuse for generic web functions, anything that our customers pay to have developed becomes the property of that customer. Upon request, all source files and database information are provided. After all, you paid for it.
In addition to the costs to design, there are recurring monthly costs associated with the daily maintenance of an IDX-based web site. Currently $25 per month, this cost is associated with not only the web space and bandwidth used for your web site, but also the maintenance of the IDX database on your web site. Our background processes are continuously running to keep the data driving your web site current. It is this database that enables customers to search for listings on your web site and stay at your web site.
